Served as President Commissioner of Pupuk Kaltim since January 4, 2024, Born in Kudus, January 8, 1956. Previously served as Head of the DKI Jakarta High Prosecutor’s Office (2008-2009), Ses JAM Pidsus (2009-2011), JAM Pidsus (2011-2013), Deputy Attorney General of the Republic of Indonesia (2013-2016), Chairman of the Corruptor Hunting Team (2013-2016), Acting of Attorney General of the Republik of Indonesia (2014). He earned a Bachelor's degree in Laws, from Universitas Tujuh Belas Agustus, Jakarta in 1979, Master's degree in Management, from the Indonesian Institute of Business and Informatics, Jakarta in 1998, Doctorate in Law Science from Universitas Padjadjaran, Bandung in 2015.

H. Azis Samual, S.Sos, M.Si

Commissioner

Served as Commissioner of Pupuk Kaltim since 30 June 2025. Born in Ambon, July 17, 1964. He began his career at PT Silvatera in 1989, Commissioner of PT Tunas PTE Ltd (1995-2009), Commissioner of PT Eka Bahru Indonesia (1997-2000), Commissioner of PT Sri Rejeki Fertilizer (1997-2000), Vice Chairman of Indo Mining Holding Ltd, Hongkong (2009-2019) and President Commissioner of Utama PT Spacecon International (2010–2022). He earned a Bachelor of Social Science degree at the YAPAN Jakarta College of Administration in 2005, and Master Degree of Economics and Administration at the YAPAN Jakarta College of Administration in 2008.

Sukardi Rinakit

Independent Commissioner

Served as Commissioner of Pupuk Kaltim since Mei 31, 2019. Born in Madiun, June, 5, 1963. Previously served as Research Staff at the Centre for Strategic and International Studies (1989-1998), Guest Lecturer at the Postgraduate Program at Universitas Indonesia (2001-2014), Guest Lecturer at the National Resilience Institute (Lemhanas) (2001-2014), Executive Director of Soegeng Sarjadi Syndicate (2001-2014), Commissioner of PTPN X (2015-2019), Special Staff to the President of the Republic of Indonesia (2019-present). He earned a Bachelor's degree in Social and Political Sciences, Universitas Indonesia, Jakarta (1989), Master’s Degree in Southeast Asian Studies, National University of Singapore (1996), Doctorate, Department of Political Science, National University of Singapore (2003).

Concurrent Position: Outside the Company as Special Staff to the President of the Republic of Indonesia (2019-present); within the Company no concurrent positions.

Gustaaf AC Patty

Independent Commissioner

Served as Commissioner of Pupuk Kaltim since August 25, 2020, Born in Makassar, September 13, 1961. Served as Commissioner of Pupuk Kaltim (2020-present). He earned Bachelor's degree in Economics, School of Economics, STIEBUniversitas Widyatama, Bandung (1986)

dr. Etha Rimba Paembonan, MBA

Independent Commissioner

Served as Commissioner of Pupuk Kaltim since November 25, 2024. Born in Toraja on June 11, 1978. Previously served as a General Practitioner at LNG Badak Hospital, Bontang (2005–2006) and as a Civil Servant (2006–2010). He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Medicine from Hasanuddin University, Makassar (2003) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from IPMI Business School, Jakarta (2014).

Ir. Musthofa

Independent Commissioner

Has served as Commissioner of Pupuk Kaltim since April 23, 2020, until April 23, 2025, and was subsequently reappointed as Commissioner of Pupuk Kaltim from June 30, 2025 to the present. Born in Klaten on October 20, 1955. He began his career at Pupuk Kaltim in 1981. He has also held positions as Technical and Development Director of PT Pupuk Kujang Cikampek (2001-2004), Production Director of PT Petrokimia Gresik (2004-2010), Technical and Development Director of PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang (2010-2012), President Director of PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang (2012-2015), and President Commissioner of PT Pupuk Iskandar Muda (2015-2020). He earned a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Gadjah Mada University in Yogyakarta in 1980.
