PKT provides comfortable and adequate breastfeeding facilities for new mothers to support the continuity of breastfeeding for their babies. These facilities are equipped with clean, comfortable, and privacy-guaranteed private rooms to provide comfort for mother employees.

👶 4. Paid Parental Leave for the Primary Caregiver
As a form of support for employees who become primary caregivers, PKT provides maternity leave with full pay to support them in their child-rearing role and maintain work-life balance.

PT Pupuk Kalimantan Timur (PKT) is committed to creating a work environment that not only supports performance, but also the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of all employees. We recognize that employee well-being is an important factor in creating sustainable productivity and creating healthy working relationships.
PKT measures Employee Wellbeing levels through employee satisfaction and engagement surveys. Since 2023, PKT has switched to using Employee Experience surveys with a framework adopted from the Josh Bersin method. The survey is conducted through the PI SMART platform coordinated by PT Pupuk Indonesia.
