President Director

Served as President Director of Pupuk Kaltim since June 30, 2025. Born in Padang on January 20, 1964. He began his career at PT Pertamina (Persero) (2008–2013), holding various positions. He later served as President Director of PT Donggi Senoro LNG (2013–2015), Director of Human Resources and General Affairs at PT Pupuk Indonesia (Persero) (2015–2016), Director of Investment at PT Pupuk Indonesia (Persero) (2016–2020), Director of Marketing at PT Pupuk Indonesia (Persero) (2020–2023), and Deputy President Director at PT Pupuk Indonesia (Persero) (2023–2025). He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) in 1989 and completed a Master’s degree in Logistics and Shipping Management at the World Maritime University, Malmo, Swedia, in 1998.

Director of Operation

Served as Director of Operations since November 13, 2023. Born in Jember on April 25, 1965. Previously served as Director of Engineering and Development at PT Petrokimia Gresik (2014–2016), President Director of PT Petro Jordan Abadi (2016–2021), and Director of Operations and Development at PT Garam (2022–2023). He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Gadjah Mada University in 1990 and a Master’s degree in Management from UPN Veteran Surabaya in 2007.

Mohamad Agung

Director of Development

Has served as Director of Development of Pupuk Kaltim since June 30, 2025. Born in Jakarta on April 8, 1972. Previously served as Senior VP of Marketing Petrochemical & Overseas at PT Rekayasa Industri (2019–2021), Project Director for the Construction of 5 Storage Tanks at PT Rekayasa Industri (2020–2022), Senior VP of Marketing Power and Mineral at PT Rekayasa Industri (2021–2025), Senior VP of Business Excellence Center at PT Rekayasa Industri (2025), and Director of Development at PT Pupuk Kalimantan Timur (2025). He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Indonesia in 1996 and completed his Master’s degree in Economics at the University of Indonesia in 2005.

Qomaruzzaman

Director of Finance & General Affairs

Has served as Director of Finance and General Affairs of Pupuk Kaltim since August 25, 2020. Born in Solo on December 19, 1962. Previously served as President Director of the Pupuk Kaltim Group Pension Fund (2008–2010), Corporate Secretary of PT Pupuk Kalimantan Timur (2010–2012), President Director of PT Kaltim Industrial Estate (2014), President Director of PT Kaltim Daya Mandiri (2014), and Commercial Director of PT Rekayasa Industri (2014–2020). He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) in 1987 and a Master’s degree in Management from the University of Indonesia, Depok.

Teguh Ismartono

Director of Risk Management

Served as Director of Risk Management since August 26, 2025. Born in Purwokerto on March 9, 1972. He began his career at Pupuk Kaltim from 2008 to 2016, holding various positions, including Head of the Gas Team at PT Pupuk Kalimantan Timur (2016-2019), Director of Operations at PT Kaltim Daya Mandiri (2019-2020), and Corporate Secretary at PT Pupuk Kalimantan Timur (2020-2025). He earned a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the Institute of Technology Sepuluh Nopember in 1997.
