Board Manual
The Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors Code of Conduct (hereinafter referred to as the Board Manual) contains a commitment to govern the relationship between the Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors and delineates the outline of the Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors structure and the relationship process function between the organs of the Board of Commissioners and the Board of Directors of PT Pupuk Kalimantan Timur.
The Board Manual is one of the soft structures of Good Corporate Governance (GCG). It contains a description of the Code of Good Corporate Governance and refers to the applicable laws as well as the articles of association.

BOD & BOC Work Guidelines
The Good Corporate Governance manual serves as the basis for the PT Pupuk Kalimantan Timur Board of Directors and Management to make decisions and establish policies in accordance with GCG principles, i.e., transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence, and fairness. The GCG Manual is required to enable PT Pupuk Kalimantan Timur to endure in the face of tougher competition; thus, GCG is expected to become the means to achieve the company’s vision and mission.
